The MINI has fixed shelf runners and removable chrome plated wire grid shelves. The glass immersion thermometer is held by a clip on the top vent. The MINI has a solid steel door as standard. An alternative door with an integral viewing window (VIS) and a double door (made of a steel outer with inner glass door) is available.
