Hanna Instruments HI-98161 is a portable pH meter designed for food and dairy products. The HI-98161 is supplied with an FC2023 electrode, specifically for use in the food sector. This electrode has a conic tip shape to avoid samples clogging the reference junction. The FC2023 is ideal for measuring semi-solid foods e.g. soft cheeses, jams, dough and ice cream. The IP67 body is designed to withstand any knocks, drops and spills that might occur.

The HI-98161 comes with everything you will need for on-the-go field testing including FC2023 probe, buffer sachet, beaker, batteries and cleaning solution. A calibration certificate for both the meter and probe is included as is the instruction manual.
