Hanna Instruments HI-98167 is a portable pH meter designed for beer products. The HI-98167 is supplied with an FC2143 electrode, specifically made to measure pH in beer. This electrode has a flat glass tip which prevents solids in mash/wort samples collecting on the sensor. The HI-98167 comes with everything you will need for on-the-go field testing including your meter, probe and accessories.
Benefits
±0.002 pH accuracy
Specialised electrode for testing of mash and wort during the brewing process
Increased traceability
Versatile data logging
Superior field usability
pH 4 & 7 buffer sachets
Another of the HI-98167 features is AutoHold. Once enabled it will warn the user when a reading is not within the range of calibrated pH values. The Log-on-demand mode lets the user save up to 200 samples which can then be recalled or transferred to a PC. The IP67 body is designed to withstand any knocks, drops and spills that might occur.
